Great Apartment with Some Hidden Charges Positive: We went for a short stay. Our condo was spacious and met all our needs. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and all of our needs were met. Easy access to the beach. We were also allowed to check-in a few hours early because the apartment was ready. Negative: We were charged several fees that, while understandable, would have been better to have been informed about beforehand. There was a daily resort fee that was not disclosed until the day before our trip. There was also a resort deposit charged to our account the day before our trip. We were also informed the morning of check-in that there was only valet parking available for an additional daily charge, plus tips everything we took our car out. Those charges added up, and we would have liked to have known about them before booking. However, everything in Miami Beach is expensive, and this location and specific apartment was well worth it, even with the additional charges.

Property was smelly, sheets and blankets were not clean and very old, that they appear to use same blankets for everyone, quality of these things are low. Also furniture in the Property is not the same. And I was disgusted to sit on the couch too. Closets were broken and mats were disgusting. Also there's no safety locks on the door and that was extremely important especially whe you have a toddler that can easily open door and get out. location of the resort was great, however you should be careful when you make a reservation, you don't see the additional expenses that incur only after you reserve, like room service expenses on each day you spend in the room, though you don't see any room service during your stay. Valet is very expensive too and you're not allowed to self park or take your car elsewhere to park. Kosher store they have is ok, but very expensive. They say that pools are heated, unfortunately the one for the kids
